1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using +OneCallix ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
+OneCallix provides VoIP (Voice over IP) telephony services, allowing users to purchase phone numbers, make and receive calls, and send and receive SMS messages via a web interface.
You acknowledge that +OneCallix is not a replacement for traditional landline services and does not support 911 or emergency calling. In an emergency, you must use a traditional telephone or mobile phone.
3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy. Specifically, you are prohibited from:
- Sending unsolicited bulk SMS (Spam).
- Harassing, threatening, or defrauding others.
- Using the service for "Robocalling" or auto-dialing without consent.
- Impersonating another person or entity (Spoofing).
Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
4. Payments and Billing
Subscription: Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis ($2/month base fee). Usage fees for additional minutes or SMS may apply.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will lose access to your phone number at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds: All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
